Every business is different. I start by just listening.
Like just about every kid my age, the first time I used AI was to write a high school essay I forgot about the night before it was due. But the more I used it, the more I realized how much it could actually do — and I kind of never stopped digging. That was four years ago. These days I spend my time learning, building, and finding new ways to put these tools to work.
I grew up watching my parents run their own businesses — both the pride and freedom that come with it, as well as the stress and pressure of maintaining what you've built. That really stuck with me, and in recent years I've had the incredible opportunity to talk to many local business owners about the ups and downs of their journey. Because of that I'm in a unique position where I can finally give back to the communities that I've learned so much from, by building specialized tools for business owners and turning "the power of AI" from confusing buzzwords to something that normal people can actually benefit from.
